  14. Welcome.  Thanks for opening this file.  I'll keep this as short as possible.

  16. I hope you like this font.  I call it Klinzhai which I'm told is intended to be the Klingon word for their own language.

A few weeks ago I saw a bitmapped font on a national online service.  The font was named "Klingon" and I knew it had been around a while and that I'd just never looked at it before.  Anyway, I downloaded it and started thinking that it might be fun to do a laser font of the same character set.  I sent a note off to the Bill Mason, head of the Star Trek SIG on that same online service, and told him of my interest.  Bill was incredibly helpful (maybe he was imagining the sounds of glee his constituents would make when he told them that a Klingon laser font was available?) and sent me hardcopy of what he described as "the Klingon alphabet."

  20. About a week later I finished the font that you have now.  I rather like it, but of course, I'm biased.  Still, I tend to think you'll agree with me.  In any event, I hope you enjoy it.
